I currently run this store alone so I will try my best to help and accommodate to everyone the best I can.

Q:Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do ship internationally , if your country is not listed with our shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and we will accommodate accordingly.

** Australia Shipping:
Yes we do ship to Australia currently however, please keep in mind of the increased fees these are completely out of my control.

UK Shipping:
Yes we do ship to the UK, please keep in mind customers are responsible for paying the VAT tax upon recieving their package.

[DUE TO COVID-19, shipping is restricted to some countries still, therefore if we are unable to ship to you , we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience ]

Q:Shipping Timeline 

Once an order is placed please give 1-3 business days for packing. We primarily use USPS , so average delivery time con go from 3-7 days.

All international orders may take up to 2-10 weeks. 

Q:Do you accept exchanges/returns?

No, all purchases are final once mailed out.  If you have received the incorrect items of your purchase please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and we will send the correct items free of charge.

Q:My package got lost in transit. What can we do?

If you have given me the wrong address without notifying me to correct it we are unable to replace it. If the case your order got lost due to a mistake on our end. We will be happy to send you another package. Please wait until the allotted time of your order before requesting another package. 

Q:I have a preorder item with a regular item in my cart. Will they be shipped together or seperately?

Your items will be shipped together. You must wait until the preorder period to be over to receive them all. If you would like them to be shipped separately you must make 2 separate orders or contact me to cover both shipping fees.

Q:I Forgot to add an item to my cart, what should I do?

If your order has not been shipped yet, Please contact me as soon as possible, I will provide you a code to avoid paying shipping twice or personally invoice you for the added items.. 

Q:Do you allow group orders ?

If you are ordering internationally and would like to open a group order for a pre-order item, please contact me privately so I am aware how to package everything for you!  Shipping costs may differ depending location and the quantity ordered due to weight so please be aware I may have to charge you again if shipping costs go over the flat rate of shipping.
